Please note the following before placing your order:
- These are “two-gallon container” sized trees. The pot is about the same diameter as a four-litre ice cream pail and the trees can be anywhere from two to five feet in height, depending on the species and where in the growing cycle they were at the nursery.
- The trees are easy to transport in a regular-sized car and we can help you with the loading. Transportation can be messy as the trees will have been watered before leaving the nursery. We recommend covering your car seat or trunk with a tarp or blanket.
- Trees must be picked up on Saturday, September 27, 2025, between 10 am to 1 pm at Deer Lodge Community Centre, 323 Bruce Street in St. James. We do not have a storage facility to bring trees back to. Once trees are ordered from the nursery, we will not issue refunds. Leftover trees will be donated to one of two non-profit plantings coming up later in the year.
- Click Before You Dig! Before you dig, be sure to find out what is underground. Submit your address to http://clickbeforeyoudigmb.com or call 1-800-940-3447 and allow at least three working days for a response. Trees should not be planted under power lines.
- More information on properly planting trees will be provided at the time of tree pickup. You can also watch our Tree Planting 101 video on our YouTube channel!
